But don’t worry! We maintain a backup of your photos and videos on our servers at Skypark Sochi for a little while longer.

If you haven’t already downloaded your photos and videos, send an email to sochi@skypark.ru with your full name and unique Customer ID, and we will arrange to have them sent to you.
